ALSTEAD Landscape Services RFP 2026 

Thank you for your interest in providing landscape services for the Alstead subdivision in East Roswell.

Alstead is a 10-year-old community consisting of 80 single-family homes and 27 townhomes. Over the next 30 days, we will be evaluating landscape companies and soliciting proposals for services beginning in September 2026.

Our vendor selection process consists of the following five steps:

  1. Complete the Vendor Survey
    Please complete the questionnaire using this survey link.

  2. Review Our Standard Service Agreement
    Click here to download and review our standard landscape services contract to ensure you are comfortable with the expectations and commitments required to service our community.

  3. Participate in a Video Interview
    We'll schedule a brief video call to learn more about your company, discuss your experience, and answer any questions you may have about Alstead or the bidding process.

  4. Submit a Proposal
    If both parties determine there is a good fit, we will invite you to submit a formal proposal for landscape services.

  5. Vendor Selection
    Our goal is to select a landscape partner by July 31, 2026, with services beginning in September 2026.
