Thank you to the residents who participated in the 2026 Playground Survey. After reviewing your feedback, the Board’s position remains unchanged: the Board is prepared to use HOA funds to fund 50% of the construction cost of a playground (capped at $25,000). Any additional funds need to come from individual homeowners who support the project. If the community were to move forward with the construction of a playground, the planning, project management, and ongoing oversight would need to be led by a dedicated "playground committee".
